All services are delivered based on agreed project scope, timelines, and payment terms discussed before project initiation.
2. Project Agreement
Before starting a project:

Timelines will be discussed and mutually agreed.

Payment structure will be confirmed in writing.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges.
3. Payments

Payment terms are agreed prior to project start.

Work may begin after initial advance payment (if applicable).

Delays in payment may delay project delivery.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property

Final approved designs become the property of the client after full payment.

Crevix retains the right to showcase completed public projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

Projects under NDA will not be displayed until permitted.
All portfolio content on this website is protected and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
Crevix respects client confidentiality and is open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Sensitive or confidential materials will not be shared publicly.
6. Limitation of Liability
Crevix shall not be held liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Business losses arising from project use

Technical issues caused by third-party platforms
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before launch.
7. Revisions
Revision limits (if applicable) will be defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur additional charges.

Users may not:

Use portfolio work for personal or commercial purposes

Attempt to disrupt website functionality
